Bakersfield has a small local airport (BFL) that is located about 20 minutes away from CharTec headquarters. Typically, you can find direct flights from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Denver, Dallas, and Phoenix. Los Angeles airport (LAX) is approximately a 2-3 hour drive to Bakersfield and Fresno airport (FAT) is about 2 hours as well. There is a shuttle that runs from LA to Bakersfield that we can recommend to you, to make the commute easier and cheaper, if you opt to fly into LAX.
